Clogging is a typical problem with all vape cartridges. This frequently happens as a result of uninhaled vapor that remains in the cartridge’s airway after smoking it. When the air cools, the vapor transforms back into oil and adheres to the interior walls of the vape cartridge. This oil will eventually accumulate until the airway is totally obstructed.

Don’t worry, there is an easy solution to this issue! To get rid of extra oil, just stick a thin object—like an unwound paperclip—into the airway and scrape the walls. If you want to take this oil orally, it is completely safe.

You can also preheat your cartridge to release the oil in your airway temporarily. This will produce warm vapors. This may temporarily open the airway blockage, enabling the usage of the vape cartridge at that precise moment. However, keep in mind that the accumulated oil obstruction is likely to recur and may eventually find its way out of your airway and into your mouth.

Make sure to completely clear your airway after each use if you want to completely avoid this problem. There won’t be as much buildup if there is less vapor in the airway. Because larger hits tend to produce thicker vapor, which is more likely to induce accumulation, you might also think about taking smaller hits (three seconds or less).
